Terms of Service

These terms cover bookings, purchases and rentals made with BlissMV Adventures, operating from Thulusdhoo, Maldives.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once BlissMV verifies availability and, where required, payment. Booking status and payment status are tracked separately — a booking can be confirmed while payment is still pending, or vice versa.

Payment

We currently accept cash, card in person, and bank transfer. Bank transfers are verified against the receipt you provide before a booking is marked as paid.

Equipment rentals

Rented equipment must be returned by the agreed date and time in the condition it was issued. Damage, loss or late return may affect your deposit.

Safety

Guests must follow crew instructions at all times. Trips may be adjusted, delayed or cancelled for weather or sea conditions at the captain's discretion.

Liability

Water activities carry inherent risk. Guests participate at their own risk and should disclose any relevant medical conditions before departure.
