Cancellation Policy

Each experience lists its own cancellation window on its trip page — most shared trips offer free cancellation up to 3 days before departure. The policy shown at the time you book is the one that applies to your booking, even if it changes later.

Free cancellation window

Cancellations made before the deadline shown on your booking confirmation receive a full refund of any amount paid, using the same payment method where possible.

Late cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations after the free window, or no-shows on the day of the trip, may not be refundable, since a boat and crew have already been reserved for your group. Contact us as early as possible — we'll always try to reschedule where we can.

Weather & safety

If BlissMV cancels or reschedules a trip for weather or safety reasons, you'll be offered a full refund or a new date at no extra cost.

Custom trips & charters

Private charters and custom quotes may carry different terms, noted on the quote itself.
